Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble and repackage your furniture in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains safe during transit.

  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  Depending on the item size, we will help you arrange for a specialized freight pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label for smaller goods.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the item for quality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
