Glenbow Oval

The combined effect of the racetrack shape and the fluted detailing on the base creates a stunning dining room table.
With pedestal dining tables, the trick is to get the size of the pedestal right. You want enough clearance from the edge of the table to the base for chairs and for guests. At the same time, you want the table overall to be stable. While adding weight to a smaller base can help provide stability, getting the proportions right is the key.
