Our Elite Walnut Conference Table makes an elegant focal point for a conference room. We leverage the rich tones of black walnut to create a table that has some great depth of color. As a dark toned table it has a presence that anchors a room.
Black walnut refers to the heartwood that is at the center of a tree and sapwood refers to the blonder toned wood that comes from the edges of a tree. The heartwood is older and is typically darker in color. For these tables, we select only the darker heartwood, called 'select walnut' which still has the beautiful grain and coloring of walnut wood, just with a bit less range of color. The result is a table that feels refined and elegant.
